We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services. When you sign in with Google, we access the following data:

Your full name from your Google account for identification purposes
Email Address
Your email for account creation, notifications, and appointment confirmations
Profile Picture
Your Google profile photo to personalize your account experience
Google Calendar Events
Access to create and manage appointment events in your calendar
Google Calendar Permissions
We request access to calendar.events scope which allows us to:
- Create appointment events with Google Meet links for video consultations
- Update appointment details when rescheduled
- Delete events when appointments are cancelled
We do not: Read your existing calendar events, access your contacts, or share your calendar data with third parties.
We use your information strictly for the following purposes:

To book, manage, and track your doctor appointments

To create Google Meet links for online video appointments with doctors

To add appointment reminders to your Google Calendar with meeting details

To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and important updates via email
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information:
- All data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols
- We use secure, encrypted database storage
- Access tokens are securely stored and automatically refreshed
- We do not store your Google password
- Regular security audits and updates are performed
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:
- With Doctors: Your name and appointment details are shared with doctors you book appointments with
- Google Services: We use Google OAuth for authentication and Google Calendar API for appointment management
- Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our legal rights
You have the right to:
- Access and view your personal data stored in our system
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Revoke Google Calendar access at any time through your Google Account settings
- Export your appointment history data

If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
