Asian Institute of Infertility Management is a healthcare appointment platform that enables:
- Patients to search for and book appointments with registered doctors
- Video consultations via Google Meet integration
- Calendar integration to manage appointments through Google Calendar
- Medical history and prescription management
Important: Asian Institute of Infertility Management is a platform that facilitates connections between patients and healthcare providers. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
To use our Service, you must create an account by signing in with your Google account. By doing so, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Google Account Permissions
When you sign in with Google, you grant us permission to:
- Access your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture)
- Create, update, and delete calendar events for your appointments
- Generate Google Meet links for video consultations
You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account settings.
As a patient using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate medical history and health information
- Attend scheduled appointments on time or cancel/reschedule in advance
- Pay applicable consultation fees as agreed
- Treat healthcare providers with respect during consultations
- Understand that video consultations have limitations and may not replace in-person care
As a healthcare provider using our Service, you agree to:
- Maintain valid medical licenses and credentials
- Provide accurate information about qualifications and specializations
- Deliver professional and ethical healthcare services
- Maintain patient confidentiality as required by law
- Honor scheduled appointments and manage availability accurately
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Share false or misleading medical information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's functionality
Certain features of our Service may require payment. By making a payment, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of booking
- Consultation fees are set by individual healthcare providers
- Refunds may be provided for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe
- No-shows may result in forfeiture of consultation fees

- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment received through the Service
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party conduct on the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
